Checklists
To make your planning process as stress-free as possible and ensure you do not have any last minute panic moments I have created a few helpful checklists. With these I aim to take out the fear of the weeks leading up to the wedding with the dreaded "What have I forgotten?" and put you at ease.

I also have range of other templates available to help you have the perfect day, such as readings to use in the ceremony, ways to incorporate your child/ren and many more.
Sand Blending Ceremony
I have helped families create beautiful keepsake memories of their day through sand blending ceremonies. This is written into your ceremony as part of your day and includes all of your family members that are joining together as one.

While it is a beautiful way to symbolise two separate families coming together it can also be a lovely way to incorporate your children into the ceremony even if you have always been a family but now you are all getting the same last name!

Sand ceremonies can be personalised to your family. You can choose the colours, vessels to pour from and into, and when to include this in your ceremony. The script for this aspect of your day will be personalised to meet your needs and reflect your family as a whole.
This is just one of many different ideas of ways to bring your children into the ceremony.
Handfasting Ceremony
Handfasting ceremonies are an age old tradition that are slowly making a comeback and I am so here for it! This is a beautiful way to symbolise you both tying the knot by literally tying a knot.

I have performed several of these and each one was a unique and special part of the ceremony - a personal highlight. While it requires some practise in advance to make sure we all nail it, the results are so worth it. You also get a wee momento that you can mount on the wall in your family home afterwards.

The art of handfasting is used to symbolise the coming together of two people, bound together in marriage. A cute symbolic way to show your love and commitment to each other in front of your nearest and dearest.
